Return ProcedureContact our Customer Care Representative via email at customerservice@eyeworksvisoncare.ca to obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) and instructions before sending your return. Please note that all items must be intact and not used and are in the original packaging with all promotional items. Administration & Handling Fee will be charged to you for items returned without a RGA.
Important Notes:
Exchanges are limited to two exchanges per item within 30 days.
Returns can only be processed within the first 14 days of receiving the original item.
Refunds will only be processed up to 90 days from the original purchase date.
It is the customer's responsibility to ship the glasses back within 6 business days from receiving their return shipping label together with the approved RGA, otherwise the return request will not be processed.
