If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date for:
• A one-time replacement (of items of equal or less value)

At Eye Works Vision Care, exchanges are made easy. We do our very best to make exchanges as easy as possible. We are assured that you'll like and love our product. However, if for some reasons or other you're not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses within the first 14 days of receiving them, you are entitled to a money back return. No questions asked and hassle-free.

Eyeglasses may simply be returned in their unworn, original, merchantable condition, in the original case within 14 days of receipt of your order, for:
• Product exchange of equal or lesser value; Eye Works Vision Care will not refund the difference if the exchange pair is of lesser value than the item returned

A return shipping label will be provided free of charge upon your request (free return label is available for CANADA addresses only). For all returned orders, we require that you provide us with a tracking number for your returned item. Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item(s) arrive in our facility. We will usually process your exchange within 3 business days. However please allow up to 30 days for the exchange process to be completed.

Refunds will be returned via the same method of payment used to order the product (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). Again, please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear in your account.
In the event that a Promotional Coupon is used, e.g., "Buy One Get One", and one of the pairs is returned for a refund - 50% of the value of the returned pair will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fee.

Each order is allowed to a one time no questions asked exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Your return must include your case, cleaning cloth and eyeglasses.
