Shipping Delays

Shipment delays due to the fault of the carrier will not result in a refund of shipment cost. We may apply local taxes on your shipment. Items that have been confirmed delivered by the shipper are not eligible for a refund. Shipping claims should be addressed within 30 days.

It is your responsible to encode your address correctly as our mailing program will not capitalize, punctuate, or space for you. If your order is to arrive at a commercial address – like an office – please indicate that your eyeglasses are to be delivered in care of the company name. The postal service does not and will not identify individuals at commercial addresses. Failure to write any part of your address will cause delays in your shipment and may create added expense for your product. Eye Works Vision Care will not refund or exchange products that were shipped to an address that was lacking or missing information and consequently making them undeliverable.

At Eye Works Vision Care, exchanges are made easy. We do our very best to make exchanges as easy as possible. We are assured that you'll like and love our product. However, if for some reasons or other you're not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses within the first 14 days of receiving them, you are entitled to a money back return. No questions asked and hassle-free.

NOTE: Orders, on average, can take 5-7 business days to process prior to shipment. Processing times may take longer if add-ons were added to the lens such as, but not limited to, coatings and tints. Moreover, progressive and bifocal lenses may take more time to process. Upgrading your shipment does not infer overnight or faster delivery. Shipment time-frames are estimates and do not include processing days.
